These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Peace Love Dishes Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company", "Service", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the PeaceLoveDishes platform and all related services, features, and content (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing, browsing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a family or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such family or organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
PeaceLoveDishes is a comprehensive family legacy management platform that provides integrated services for families to manage, store, and share information. The Service includes, but is not limited to, the following modules and features:
2.1 Core Service Modules
Passwords. Encrypted password management, bank account storage, credit card information, and secure notes
Wealth Management. Professional accounting system, credit management, investment planning, estate planning, and tax document organization
Health Records. Medical records management, medication tracking, appointment scheduling, lab results storage, and immunization records
Recipe Management. Family recipe collection, photo storage, cookbook creation, and recipe sharing
Incident Management. Legal case tracking, deadline management, document storage, and case activity logging
Calendar System. Family event management, shared calendars, reminders, and public/private events
Photo & Video Storage. Cloud-based storage for family photos and videos with AWS S3 integration
Vehicle Management. Maintenance tracking, service history, registration renewals, and insurance documentation
Estate & Home Management. Property management, maintenance records, rental property tracking, and renter protection documentation
Journal System. Private encrypted journaling with mood tracking and sharing capabilities
Task & Project Management. Personal and professional task lists with project organization
Pet Management. Pet health tracking, vaccination records, and care management
Contact Directory. Personal and business contact management with activity tracking
Shopping Lists. Shared shopping lists for groceries, hardware, and other items
Family Tree/Genealogy. Family lineage tracking and history management
Goal Workshop. Personal and professional goal setting and achievement tracking

2.2 Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.
3. User Accounts and Family Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account Maintain and promptly update your account information Keep your password secure and confidential Use a password that meets our security requirements (minimum 17 characters)

3.2 Family Accounts
PeaceLoveDishes is designed for family use. One subscription account ("Primary Account") may cover multiple family members. The Primary Account holder may invite family members to join the account. By inviting family members, you represent and warrant that:
You have the authority to invite such individuals All invited members are part of your family or household You have obtained necessary consent from invited members You will ensure all family members comply with these Terms
Family Account Responsibilities. The Primary Account holder is responsible for all activities of invited family members. You are responsible for ensuring that all family members understand and comply with these Terms. Any violation of these Terms by a family member may result in termination of the entire family account.
Data Sharing. When you invite family members, they may have access to shared data according to permissions you set. You control what family members can see and do within your account. We do not monitor or control data sharing between family members - this is your responsibility.
Children's Accounts. If you invite children under 18, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and have authority to create accounts for such children. You are responsible for all activities of minor children on the Service.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We implement security measures, but you must also take reasonable steps to protect your account. You agree not to share your account credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must immediately change your password and notify us.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 Subscription Tiers
We offer multiple subscription tiers with different features, storage limits, and family member limits:
Family Starter. Up to 5 family members, 500 MB storage, core modules
Family Plus. Up to 15 family members, 5 GB storage, all 27+ modules
Extended Family. Up to 50 family members, 25 GB storage, all features included Subscription features, limits, and pricing are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes to pricing or features.
4.2 Billing and Payment
Payment Method. You must provide a valid payment method to subscribe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees associated with your subscription.
Billing Cycle. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan. Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same day each month. Annual subscriptions are billed on the anniversary of your subscription start date.
Automatic Renewal. Unless you cancel, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal term.
Payment Processing. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete credit card information. Payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of the payment processor.
Failed Payments. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your account. You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to suspension or termination.
4.3 Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. During the trial period, you have full access to the selected subscription tier. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without charge.
4.4 Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period.
No Refunds. All subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, unused portions of subscriptions, or for any reason except as required by law. This includes, but is not limited to: Partial months of service Unused storage capacity Unused family member slots Dissatisfaction with the Service Failure to use the Service
Data Export. Upon cancellation, you may export your data for 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete your account and all associated data in accordance with our data retention policies.
4.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect your current billing period but will apply to subsequent billing periods. We will provide at least 30 days notice of price changes via email or through the Service.
5. Data Ownership and Privacy
5.1 Your Data Ownership
You Own Your Data. You retain all ownership rights to the data, content, and information you upload, create, or store in the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data.
License to Use. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and transmit Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete Your Data or terminate your account.
Data Portability. You may export Your Data at any time through the Service's export features or by contacting us. We will provide Your Data in a standard format within 30 days of your request.
5.2 Data Storage and Retention
Storage Limits. Your subscription tier determines your storage capacity. If you exceed your storage limit, you may not be able to upload additional data until you upgrade your plan or delete existing data.
Data Retention. We retain Your Data while your account is active and for 30 days after cancellation. After 30 days, we may delete Your Data in accordance with our data retention policies. You are responsible for exporting Your Data before cancellation if you wish to retain it.
Backup and Recovery. While we implement backup systems, we do not guarantee data recovery. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We are not liable for data loss.
5.3 Privacy and Data Use
Privacy Policy. Our collection, use, and protection of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.
No Data Selling. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes. We do not track you across websites. We do not monetize your family's information.
Service Improvement. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service. This data cannot identify you or your family.
6. Security and Data Protection
6.1 Security Measures
We implement security measures designed to protect Your Data, including:
Encryption. AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest and in transit
Authentication. Secure password requirements (minimum 17 characters), bcrypt hashing, and session security
SQL Injection Prevention. PDO prepared statements for all database queries
XSS Prevention. Output encoding and Content Security Policy headers
CSRF Protection. CSRF tokens on all forms
Audit Logging. Complete audit trail of actions for compliance and security
Access Controls. User ownership verification and permission systems

While we provide HIPAA-compliant infrastructure for health data, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Health Records module complies with all applicable health privacy laws and that you have proper authorization to store health information in the Service.
6.3 Security Breaches
In the event of a security breach that may affect Your Data, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with applicable law. However, we are not liable for security breaches that occur despite our security measures.
7. GDPR Compliance (European Users)

11.2.1 Passwords (Password Management)
The Passwords module provides encrypted storage for passwords, bank accounts, credit cards, and secure notes. You are solely responsible for:
Remembering your master password (we cannot recover it)
Ensuring the accuracy of stored information Protecting access to your account Compliance with financial institution terms when storing bank account information
No Liability for Lost Passwords. We cannot recover your master password. If you lose your master password, you may lose access to encrypted data. We are not liable for data loss due to forgotten passwords. 11.2.2 Wealth Management The Wealth Management module provides accounting, credit management, investment planning, estate planning, and tax document organization. This module is for personal/family use only and is not a substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice. You acknowledge that: We are not a financial advisor, accountant, or tax professional You should consult with licensed professionals for financial, tax, or legal advice We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on information in this module Investment information is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice 11.2.3 Health Records The Health Records module is HIPAA compliant and designed for health information management. You acknowledge that: This module is HIPAA compliant and implements HIPAA security measures for Protected Health Information (PHI) This module is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment You should always seek the advice of qualified health providers with medical questions We are not responsible for medical decisions made based on information in this module You must have proper authorization to store health information in the Service We can provide Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) for covered entities upon request 11.2.4 Incident Management (Legal Cases) The Incident Management module provides tools for tracking legal cases, deadlines, and documents. This module is for organizational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. You are responsible for: Ensuring you have rights to upload and store content Complying with storage limits for your subscription tier Backing up important photos and videos independently Understanding that storage costs may apply if you exceed your tier limits
11.3 Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., AWS S3 for storage). Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
12. Acceptable Use Policy
12.1 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights Upload, transmit, or store malicious code, viruses, or harmful software Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to facilitate illegal activities Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Service Use the Service to store or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable
12.2 Content Standards
You are solely responsible for all content you upload, create, or store in the Service. You represent and warrant that:
You have the right to upload, store, and share all content Content does not violate any laws or rights of others Content is accurate and not misleading Content does not contain malicious code or viruses
12.3 Violations
Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. We reserve the right to investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement.
13. Intellectual Property
13.1 Service Ownership
The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by PeaceLoveDishes and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or family use in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to:
Resell or commercially use the Service Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service Use the Service to build a competing service Remove any proprietary notices or labels
13.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.
13.3 Trademarks
PeaceLoveDishes™ is a trademark of Peace Love Dishes, Inc. (U.S. trademark application serial number 99750864, filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office). You may not use our trademarks, logos, trade dress, or any confusingly similar marks without our prior written consent.
14. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
14.1 Age Requirements
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Children Under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age without verifiable parental consent, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
14.2 Parental Consent
If you are a parent or legal guardian and wish to create an account for a child under 13, you must:

15. Account Termination
15.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us. Termination takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You may export your data for 30 days after termination.
15.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:
You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy You fail to pay subscription fees You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities We are required to do so by law or court order We discontinue the Service We may also suspend your account temporarily for investigation of potential violations. We are not required to provide notice of suspension or termination in cases of serious violations.
15.3 Effect of Termination

18.1 Service Availability
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or security breaches. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
18.2 Data Loss
While we implement backup and security measures, we cannot guarantee that Your Data will not be lost, corrupted, or accessed by unauthorized parties. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We are not liable for data loss.
18.3 Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
18.4 Compliance
We implement security measures designed to meet enterprise-grade standards. However, we are not SOC 2 compliant, and we do not claim SOC 2 compliance.
HIPAA Compliance. Our Health Records module is HIPAA compliant and implements HIPAA security measures for Protected Health Information (PHI). We can provide Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) for covered entities upon request. For other modules and use cases, compliance with specific regulations (SOC 2, etc.) is your responsibility if required.
19. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
MANDATORY ARBITRATION
IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. You and Peace Love Dishes Inc. agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof (collectively, "Disputes") shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, except as set forth below.
Agreement to Arbitrate. You and Peace Love Dishes Inc. agree that any Dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Arbitration Location. Arbitration shall be conducted in Austin, Texas, or at another location mutually agreed upon by the parties.
Arbitrator Selection. The arbitrator shall be selected in accordance with AAA rules. The arbitrator shall have expertise in the subject matter of the dispute.
Arbitration Procedures. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action, representative action, or consolidated action. You and Peace Love Dishes Inc. agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
Waiver of Jury Trial. By agreeing to arbitration, you and Peace Love Dishes Inc. each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
Exceptions to Arbitration. Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring suit in court to: Enforce the arbitrator's award Seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations Seek relief in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction
Costs. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees, unless the arbitrator determines that a party has acted in bad faith, in which case the arbitrator may award costs and fees to the prevailing party.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by out, disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts in Texas as set forth in Section 20.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware (the state of incorporation) and the State of Texas (principal place of business), United States of America, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Jurisdiction. Except as provided in Section 19 (Arbitration), any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.
Waiver of Class Actions. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
21. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account or through a prominent notice in the Service. Material changes will take effect 30 days after notice.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your account.

23. Miscellaneous
